The pieces we’ve chosen for Sanctuary explore some of my most instinctual expressions, in which the narrative is the interaction between self and medium. Paintings and sculptures from the crossroads of thought and emotion... discoveries in a boundless frontier where constant experimentation and infinite possibility are given form with light, color, structure, and movement. These works are visions and feelings from my most sacred space, truths from my sanctuary, channeled through gestures, shapes, and marks. ZL
